This Privacy Policy explains how StayIn Poker, Inc. ("StayIn Poker," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — a username and password (passwords are stored only as a secure hash), and an email address if you provide one.
• Gameplay and ledger data — tables you join, actions you take, hand history, and your virtual-currency balance and transactions.
• Device and technical data — IP address, device and app version, and basic diagnostics used to operate and secure the Service.
• Camera and microphone — see “Live Video & Audio” below.
• Support communications — messages you send us.

2. Live Video & Audio

When you play, your live video and audio are streamed directly to your opponent using peer-to-peer technology (WebRTC). Our servers relay only the signaling needed to establish that connection.

We do not record, store, or have access to the content of your video or audio streams. Face-presence detection runs locally on your device; we receive only a simple signal indicating whether a face is present, not your camera images.

Your opponent can see and hear you during a match. Do not share anything on camera that you would not want another player to see.

3. How We Use Information

• to provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account;
• to run games fairly, keep the virtual-currency ledger accurate, and prevent cheating and fraud;
• to secure the Service and authenticate connections;
• to respond to support requests and communicate with you;
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• service providers who host or support the Service, under confidentiality obligations;
• other players, limited to your username, gameplay, and your live video/audio during a match;
• authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service;
• a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Retention

We keep account and ledger information for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion as described below.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including password hashing and authenticated connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You can also stop sharing camera and microphone access at any time through your device settings, though some features require them.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate protections for cross-border transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
