Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

StayIn Poker connects real people over live video. To keep it safe and fun, everyone must follow these guidelines. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

Do

• Treat your opponent with respect.
• Keep your face in frame and play fairly.
• Report behavior that makes you uncomfortable.

Don't

You may not use the Service to do any of the following, on camera, over audio, or otherwise:

• nudity, sexual content, or sexual harassment;
• harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination;
• violence, self-harm, or any illegal activity;
• exposing or endangering minors in any way;
• recording, screenshotting, or redistributing another player's video, audio, or personal information;
• sharing others' private information or impersonating anyone;
• cheating, collusion, bots, automation, or manipulating the video feed;
• creating multiple accounts, exploiting bugs, or interfering with the Service.

Reporting & Enforcement

You can report a player or block them at any time during or after a match. We review reports and act on objectionable content, typically within 24 hours, by removing content and ejecting offending users where appropriate. To report serious issues, contact [email protected].

By using the Service, you agree there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, consistent with this policy and our Terms of Service.
